CAMPBELL CO. (WVLT) - Wondering what caused backups along Interstate 75 at mile marker 151 in Campbell County early Tuesday morning?

Tennessee Department of Transportation spokesman Mark Nagi said a commercial vehicle caught fire about ten miles from the Tennessee-Kentucky state line.

Nagi called the fire significant with possible hazmat implications. Detours were set up after southbound lanes were blocked.

All lanes were finally reopened around 1:40 a.m. Tuesday.
