KCSO charges woman who allegedly fatally shot boyfriend

The Knox County Sheriff's Office has arrested a woman they say fatally shot her boyfriend early Saturday.
Arielle Grustozzi, 27, is facing a second degree murder charge, and is in jail on a $1 million dollar bond.
According to KCSO, the homicide occurred around 2 a.m. this morning in West Knox County in the 10000 block of Missoula Way. The victim, identified as 30-year-old Cody James Sustman of Knoxville, was pronounced dead at the scene.
After an investigation, KCSO took his girlfriend, Grustozzi, into custody at the Missoula Way home around 8 p.m. Saturday night.
KCSO said Grustozzi has no criminal history in Knox County.
