Search warrant leads officials to drugs, weapon and cash

MONROE COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said a search warrant executed with Sweetwater City officials led to the discovery of drugs, a gun and cash.

The search warrant, which was executed on July 6, revealed meth, a handgun, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia.

In a Facebook post, the Monroe County Sheriff said that three subjects were taken into custody in relation to the discovery without incident.
