Tennessee man shoots, kills 15-year-old son

A 46-year-old Tennessee man has been charged in the shooting death of his 15-year-old son.
Authorities in Hamilton County responded to reports of a shooting Saturday night at around 10:30 p.m. on Cotter Road.
According to CBS affiliate WDEF, officials arrived and discovered one person dead; officials said one person was taken into custody.
On Sunday, authorities revealed that Michael David McElrath had repeatedly shot and killed his son. He also shot and killed their family dog.
McElrath was charged with criminal homicide and is currently in the Hamlton County Jail on a $1M bond.
