JONESBOROUGH, Tenn. (AP) -- Washington County authorities have charged a Jonesborough nurse's assistant with prescription fraud.
Sheriff Ed Graybeal says 40-year-old Angela Booker is accused of calling in several prescriptions for herself for controlled substances without a doctor's authorization.
She's charged with 16 counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud.
