Vatican City (WVLT) - The Pope has called a meeting for Thursday that could bring about a dramatic change in the Catholic Church.
Pope Benedict XVI wants a summit with top Vatican officials to discuss lifting the celibacy requirement for priests seeking to marry or who have already married.
The Vatican stresses the meeting will not open a general discussion of the celibacy requirement.
