Sevier Family That Lost Home Again, Gets More Help

By  |

Sevierville, Tennessee (WVLT) A family of Hurricane Katrina evacuees that lost their home again, is getting more help from our community.
We first told you about the Rome family on Thursday.
The home they shared with their three young daughters burned in sevier county.
They've lived in East Tennessee since Katrina's wrath destroyed their home.
Today, Halls Salvage gave Volunteer TV $500 to donate to the Rome family; and we're still collecting more.
You can donating to a fund set up in their name at the Y-12 Credit Union.
Or you can drop your donation by Volunteer TV this week.
