Last Minute Gifts

Knoxville (WVLT) - As you jump from store, to store, to store, the pressure is on to find the perfect gift. But the clock is ticking fast, almost as fast as as speed boat Brad Heyns would love to see under his tree.

"It'd be in shock and I'd be thrilled, absolutely thrilled. It kinda makes me sad that I can't just write the check for it right now, but, Boss if you're listening, make a nice bonus!"

While some will get through the cold winter months with dreams of the beach, why not warm up sporting the Vol spirit? Forever Collectible's owner, Cheikh Seck says an orange and white Santa hat is the best Christmas gift.

" We are in Tennessee, a college town, and one of the best teams in the nation.

And he says it's warm.

"Yea it keeps you warm, especially on game days. I love it. Everybody loves it."

For that special someone who loves to snack, gift sets from Hickory Farms make perfect presents.

"Everyone likes food, everyone likes to eat, it's just a really really good gift to show somebody you're thinking about them and it's useful," says Hickory Farms manager, Hester Blalock.

But if smells satisfy an appetite, for 25 dollars, cranberry, is a big seller during the holidays.

"It comes with a body butter, which is our biggest seller overall in the whole store, it also comes with the shower gel, a lip balm and a soap," says Tara Fox.

But for the picky, don't forget those giftcards! Lauren Manning says they're easy and convenient.

"It's a VISA card so they can use it anywhere that VISA is accepted so they can go to any store they want."

If you buy a gift card remember to check the expiration dates. Some cards deduct from the balance after they expire. Also, some gift cards may charge a monthly maintenance fee if not used.
