SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Pigeon Forge voters will vote on the city's Liquor by the Drink Referendum on March 14.

The Sevier County Election Commission set the date during a meeting Thursday. The move comes after a judge ruled that a November 2012 election was too inaccurate.

Sevier County Chancellor Telford Fogerty ordered a new election last Thursday. He ordered the election take place no sooner than 45 days from now, but no later than 60 days from now. He did not say whether businesses already serving liquor must stop.

The ruling came after a lawsuit filed after the November election challenged 289 votes.
