Grand Jury indicts sex offender nabbed in World's Fair Park

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A 61 year-old homeless man, arrested last February in World's Fair Park, has been indicted on six counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Gregory Lynn Cramer is being held at the Knox Co. Detention Center on $60,000 bond.

According to police, Cramer came to Knoxville after he was convicted of failing to register in Blount Co. in 2010.

He was originally convicted in Ohio of gross sexual imposition in 1992. Then, five years later he was convicted in Indiana of two counts of child molesting and two counts of attempted child molesting.
