KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Kenny Bartley was arrested Sunday night in Fairfax County, Va. He is awaiting an extradition hearing. He is charged with being a fugitive from justice.
According to the Anderson County Sheriff's Office, Kenneth Bartley has been located in Vienna, Va.
Anderson County Sheriff's Office says their investigators will be traveling there to interview Bartley and work with Virginia authorities to determine if Bartley was in Virginia at the time of an robbery Sunday Morning.
Earlier Sunday morning, Bartley was listed as a possible suspect in that robbery.
Police are now looking for Kenneth Bartley after an armed robbery at the Marathon Station near Rocky Top.
Deputies say Bartley entered the store, brandished a black handgun, and robbed the market of cash. He was described as a white male with brown to black facial hair wearing glasses, black toboggan, black jacket, and blue jeans. No vehicle was seen leaving the store.
Bartley, 23, already had a warrant for aggravated robbery.
Bartley served time for homicide after he shot the principal and two assistant principals at Campbell County High School in 2005.
A Violation of Probation warrant is on file in Campbell County also.

Anyone having information on Bartley's whereabouts is asked to contact the Anderson County Sheriff's Department at 865-457-2414 or call their local law enforcement agency immediately.
Greg Issacs, Bartley's attorney released a statement to Local 8 News:
"Our first investigation has revealed the Kenneth Bartley was not in the state of Tennessee at the time the Anderson County press release indicates the crime was committed. I would encourage law enforcement and the general public not to jump to conclusions regarding Kenneth Bartley's whereabouts. I'm continuing to encourage Kenneth Bartley to return to Campbell County as a result of his pending misdemeanor violation of probation charges. "
Police are looking for a suspect after an armed robbery in Anderson County Sunday.
Officials say that it happened around 8 a.m. at the Marathon gas station on Lake City Highway in Rocky Top.
A male suspect entered the Marathon and pointed a small handgun at the clerk. There were no injuries to report.
The Anderson County Sheriff's Department is investigating the incident. If you have any information you are asked to call police.
