Tree Down on Rifle Range Road blocking traffic

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. KUB is on the scene. They are waiting on removal crews to arrive. Traffic is blocked in both directions. This is happening on Rifle Ridge Road. We'll update this as soon as those lanes open up.
