Three-star offensive lineman commits to Vols

(UNDATED) (WVLT) -- Offensive lineman Ray Raulerson is Tennessee's 21st commitment toward the class of 2014.

The 6'5", 275 pound Raulerson announced the news Thursday evening via his Twitter account:

"(‏@RayRaulerson_74) I have officially committed to the University of Tennessee Vols! Blessed! #VFL"

Tennessee head coach Butch Jones was in Nashville Thursday night, attending the UT All Sports Picnic. He learned of the news on the the way to the airport.

"Just about to the airport & found out that we have added our 3rd brick of #FoundationWeek! Foundation is getting stronger! #BrickByBrick," Jones wrote on his Twitter account.

Raulerson plays at Plant High School in Tampa, FL. He becomes the third offensive lineman to commit to the Vols in next year's class.

The offensive line is an area of need for Tennessee, as its expected to lose all five starters at the end of the season.

Raulerson gives Tennessee three commitments in the last five days.

Four-star wide receiver Eric Lauderdale committed Sunday while, while four-star safety Cortez McDowell announced his intentions on Tuesday.
