Knoxville crash causes downed power line, nearly 700 without power
Drivers are asked to use Westland Drive as a detour.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Knoxville Utilities Board said nearly 700 Knoxville residents are without power following a crash Tuesday afternoon.
According to KUB, crews are expected to re-open one lane of traffic around 4:45 p.m., with all clean-up complete by 6 p.m.
Drivers are asked to use Westland Drive as a detour.
Nearly 700 KUB customers are impacted by the crash and expected to remain without power into the afternoon.
