NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Nashville Police said a man was arrested after nearly two pounds of cocaine were found hidden inside a suitcase at a Nashville bus stop.

According to officials, Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers and Homeland Security began investigating after a narcotics K-9 identified a suitcase.

Curtis Wesley was stopped by THP troopers after the K-9′s alert. Wesley gave officials consent to search his belongings, according to MNPD.

Officials said two boxes were found inside the suitcase that contained duct-taped bundles of nearly two pounds of cocaine.

Wesley was arrested and charged with felony cocaine possession.
