NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Tennesse lawmakers are set to vote on a measure that would prohibit officers from using chokeholds and issuing no-knock warrants.

Earlier in the week, the Tennessee Senate passed the measure that would require law enforcement to create use-of-force policies.

The legislation is set to be voted on by a House committee Wednesday.

If passed, law enforcement agencies would be required to develop policies on discharging firearms at or from a moving vehicle and also develop a reporting system.
