KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Former Tennessee defensive back Bryce Thompson will join a few VFLs in the Big Easy after reportedly signing a deal with the Saints.

Thompson left Tennessee after playing in all 10 games his junior season. The South Carolina native made eight starts despite nagging injuries most of the season. He finished his 2020 campaign with a career-high 36 tackles, two tackles for loss, four passes defended, two interceptions, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
