Multiple Sevier County roads closed due to flooding

Police warned that multiple roads in the area are flooded and impassible.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Sevier County officials reported multiple roads are closed due to flooding as severe storms move through the region.

Police warned that multiple roads in the area are flooded and impassible. The following roads are currently closed:

Jayell Rd at Green Acre

Burden Hill Rd / East Gate Rd

Jones Cove Rd /Obes Branch

Walnut Grove Rd / Lane Hollow Rd

Lightfoot Way/ Valley Mtn Way

2019 Little Valley Rd

McCarter Hollow/Seaton Springs

S. Helton Dr

Ridge Rd @ Sevier Solid Waste

Ridge Rd / Rolen Hollow

Teaster ln/ Ridge Rd

Light foot WayRidge Rd

Goose Gap / Walden’s Creek Rd

Pigeon Forge fire crews were called to water rescues on Ridge Road and Valley Mountain Way in Sevierville. Firefighters pulled drivers from each of the flooded vehicles. No injuries were reported.
