Tee it up at the O’Connor Senior Center Golf Tournament

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -It’s almost time to tee it up at the 2021 O’Connor Senior Center Golf Tournament.

The senior center has found many ways over the past year to keep people involved and found ways to keep seniors active despite the pandemic. Now, they are in need of the community’s help.

The golf tournament is one of two fundraising events the center holds every year. All proceeds from the tournament go to helping seniors in Knoxville.

This year’s tournament is set for Friday, June 11th at Three Ridges Golf Course in Knoxville, named one of Golf Digest’s “Best Places To Play.”

Check-in for players will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the pavilion located next to the clubhouse. Breakfast will be available for players.

The tournament is a scramble format, with a shotgun start at 8:30 am.

First Flight $200.00

Second Flight $200.00

Third Flight $200.00

Senior Prizes:

Closest to the Pin $100.00

Longest Drive $100.00

Other Prizes (ALL GOLFERS)Closest to the Pin $100.00 Longest Drive $100. Door prizes will be distributed at the awards ceremony.
