Southern Eggrolls Recipe:
1 package eggroll wrappers
1 lb pork bbq in sauce
8 ounces pimiento cheese
Lay out egg roll wrappers and put 1/4 cup bbq mixture and tablespoon of pimento cheese in each. Run water on the outside edges of the eggroll wrapper and roll up.one corner in first and then fold in sides.
Pan fry in hot oil (350) until golden brown or bake 8n oven for 20 minutes on 400, turning after 10 minutes.
Serve with ranch dressing.
Makes 20 eggrolls.
