Easy, after-school dinner recipe

Here's the recipe from Lisa Smith's Big Fatty's Catering:

Hey so crockpot Mexican chicken
2 cups rice
3 cups water
1/2 tspsalt
1 can of black beans
1 jar of salsa
2 lbs of frozen chicken (any cut will work)
Put rice and salt in bottom of crockpot and then cover with water. Then top with can of black beans. Put frozen chicken on top layer and pour entire jar of salsa over chicken.
Cover with lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
