Anna Bennett Curtis rounded up her closest friends and a few classmates and created a video of each student sharing encouraging quotes to nursing home residents who aren't able to have visitors amid COVID-19 restrictions.

Anna said she heard about the visitor restrictions at nursing homes from her neighbor and decided to bring a little bit of joy to some local residents, since she can't visit them face to face.

"I hope that video can bring joy, and I'm just hoping that they know this time will end eventually and that it just brings a little bit of happiness and joy to their day," said Curtis.

The video includes clips of around 20 of her friends and classmates who attend Webb School of Knoxville.

"I've been watching TV, when others are in various situations, so I felt this would help me reach out on different levels, and it would help others stay happy during these dark times," said Webb fourth grader Ashton Garrison.

The students have already shared their video with West Hills Health and Rehab in Knoxville.
