Zoo Knoxville's "Beastro Cafe" is now open

Vietnamese Lime Vinaigrette:

Part 1

2 onions chopped

20 cloves garlic

Part 2

6 oz. Fish sauce

6 oz. Soy Sauce

8 oz. Lime juice (2limes)

½ c. Chopped Cilantro

2 c Rice Wine Vinegar

1 tablespoon White Pepper

3 tablespoon Sugar

Part 3

4 c. canola oil

1 Roast chopped onion and garlic till tender and golden brown.

Place roasted onion and garlic in a blender.

2 place part 2 in blender and Blend

3 slowly add part 3 and blend

Chicken Brest Marinade:

1 lbs chicken breast

5 cloves of chopped garlic

¼ c. oil

¼ c. teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon chopped green onion

White pepper to taste

Whisk in bowl

Marinate for half an hour
