Allegiant offering $44 fares on some new nonstop routes

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)- Allegiant is offering two new nonstop routes to Denver and Pittsburgh from Knoxville. To kick it off, the company is offering round-trip fares on the new routes starting at $44 dollars one way.

The new seasonal routes include:

Pittsburgh via Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) – beginning May 17, 2019 with fares as low as $44 each way.*

Denver via Denver International Airport (DEN) – beginning May 22, 2019 with fares as low as $75 each way.*

“Allegiant Air continues to build upon their investment in our region with new flights to Denver and Pittsburgh,” said Eddie Mannis, Chairman of the Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority’s Board of Commissioners. “With the strong support of our tourism partners in Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains, we believe our new seasonal flights will not only benefit the passengers flying out of airport but will also help attract visitors to the mountains of East Tennessee.”

The new flights will operate twice weekly.
