Authorities search for suspect accused of breaking into Knoxville fire hall

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) — Knoxville Police Department is searching for a suspect after firefighters reported their vehicles had been broken into outside a fire hall on Linden Avenue.

One firefighter also said he believed the suspect entered the fire hall and stole money from his locker.

The firefighters told investigators they had seen someone in the parking lot peering into vehicles in the past.

No suspects have been identified in the break-ins.
