Carl's Jr. puts a twist on their best selling burger
Carl's Jr. launched two new 'western' menu items on Monday morning.
The fast food chain added the Western Fries and Triple Western Bacon Cheeseburger to their menu as a spin-off of their best-selling Classic Western Bacon Cheeseburger.
The new fries are topped with a western seasoning made to mimic the taste of the Classic Bacon Cheeseburger, while the new Triple burger is an upgrade to the original recipe. The new burger includes three beef patties, four strips of bacon, American cheese, onion rings and barque sauce.
“With a Western Bacon Cheeseburger sold every 1.13 seconds, we knew this was a fan-favorite flavor that we wanted to deliver in a new and innovative way while also ensuring that it stood up to the iconic Carl’s Jr. offering,” said Owen Klein, Vice President of Culinary Innovation at Carl’s Jr. “We are excited for our customers to taste the new outcome that will allow you to enjoy the essence of our bold Western Bacon Cheeseburger with every fry you pop into your mouth.”
Starting Monday, you can purchase the Western Fries for $2.99 and the Triple Western Bacon Cheeseburger for $7.99 at
