KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Four tickets to Dolly attractions and a meet and greet with Dolly Parton herself sold for $21,000 at a charity auction Saturday.

The auction was part of the Dr. Robert Thomas Foundation Evening of Elegance.

Dr. Robert Thomas moved to Sevier County in 1926 where he served as a family physician and minister for many years. During that time he delivered Dolly Parton. Parton now serves as a chairperson on the foundation's board.

The foundation named in Thomas' honor aims to help expand health care services available in Sevier County. According to the foundation's website, "The Foundation depends on donations and grants from individuals, businesses, and charitable foundations to achieve its goal of helping Sevier County meet the continuing challenges of the rapidly changing healthcare field."
