KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) --- We have clouds and some flurries in the mountains today. We'll clear this out, but have rain and strong cold snap move in this weekend.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This morning is cloudy, with some drizzle, but mainly isolated sleet and snow in the higher elevations. The low is around 36 degrees in the Valley, and low 30s in the higher elevations.
Most of today is cloudy, but we'll find a few more cloud breaks at times this afternoon, so mostly cloudy is the best we can do. We're topping out around 42 degrees, with a light breeze. The isolated flurries continue in the Smoky Mountains today.
Tonight will be mostly cloudy, with a few flurries in the mountains, and a low around 29 degrees.
