(WVLT) - How much play time do your kids get?
One new study from the American Academy of Pediatrics says it may not be enough.
The study suggests letting kids just "play" and doctors should talk with moms and dads on a regular basis about how to have fun with their children, especially during their first two years of life.
The study suggests many parents feel the need to schedule every minute of their child's time and goes on to say 30% of kindergartners no longer get a break for recess.
Many doctors say a child's play is their work and it's important for parents to encourage their children, sometimes, to just play in order to help them grow and develop.
