Funeral set for 20-year-old Crown College student

A celebration of life has been planned for the 20-year-old Crown College student found dead in a creek in Louisville days after his parents reported him missing.
The funeral for Blake Smith will be held February 11 at Mountain View Baptist Church, the place he preached his last sermon before disappearing.
Church administrators said the viewing of Smith's body will be held at 2:00 and the funeral will follow at 3:00 p.m.

Smith's family asked that loved ones consider making monetary donations to the Blake Smith Memorial Fund. Anyone who feels called to donate may do so
Smith's preliminary cause of death was determined as hypothermia/drowning, and his death appeared to be accidental, according to investigators.
