Located in the heart of Midtown in Nashville, Hattie B's has been a Music City staple since 2012.

The popularity of the spicy fried chicken is easy to see as the line extends out the door for most of the day, the Midtown location alone goes through eight to twelve thousand pounds of chicken a week says Executive Chef John Lasater.

"My father-in-law and brother-in-law started selling hot chicken out of Bishop's Meat and Three down in Cool Springs and they started selling out of it every Friday and thought they had something there and low and behold opened up a hot chicken joint in the heart of Midtown," said Lasater.

You can choose just how hot you want you yardbird at Hattie B's with flavors ranging from mild to the hottest offering of " Shut the Cluck Up" which is based in a Ghost Pepper seasoning.
