Is the Volunteer State good to its veterans? A new study looks into it.
WalletHub recently released a
, 2019's Best and Worst States for Military Retirees. According to the report, Virginia is the best state for our nation's veterans, while Washington D.C. falls at the bottom.
But where does Tennessee fall on the list? Well, the Volunteer State ranks 32nd when it comes to serving veterans, according to the list.
Why? WalletHub's report said that while Tennessee ranks fourth for economic environment, its 'quality of life' rank is 48, and it's 'health care' ranking is 38 in the nation.
