“Jungle” Jack Hanna, star of the syndicated TV Show, “Jack Hanna’s Into the Wild,” will be making a special appearance at The Comedy Barn® Theater in Pigeon Forge, for one show only, on June 9, 2015 at 8:15 p.m.

This is the first time Hanna, America’s favorite zoo keeper, has visited at The Comedy Barn® Theater although his career was launched nearby at a pet store outside of Knoxville. Hanna will be in the area filming a video segment of locations where his career began along with some other fascinating animal stories!

The Comedy Barn® Theater will host its regular 8:15 p.m. show that evening but will give the audience a chance to meet Hanna in person. Hanna will be available for professional photos with guests after the show for a limited amount of time. Proceeds from the photographs will go to one of Hanna’s charities, The Wilds, www.thewilds.org.

The Comedy Barn® show is set for 8:15 p.m. on June 9. The Comedy Barn® Theater is celebrating 20 years this year, and has entertained millions of visitors to the Smoky Mountains over the last 20 years.

“It is our pleasure to welcome Jack Hanna and his “Into the Wild” TV crew as special guests to The Comedy Barn Theater,” said David Fee, president and chief executive officer of The Fee/Hedrick Family Entertainment Group. “The Comedy Barn is the most attended and most successful clean comedy theater in the World! We have the best performance line up we have ever had. We have a clean, fun, family show with comedians, jugglers, magicians, trained animals, cloggers and musicians. Tourists from across the country love our show and they love Jack Hanna.

“As we are celebrating our 20th anniversary at The Comedy Barn this year and I am proud to say we have supported many animal advocate causes over the years such as The Sevier County Humane Society that fit with Jack Hanna’s respected animal conservation mission in life,” Fee said. “For decades, Jack Hanna has been a tireless ambassador for animal conservation and we applaud him and his work.”
