(WVLT) -- American Airlines says crew members and fellow passengers complained about a Michigan family's body odor on a flight from Miami to Detroit. American ground crew employees boarded the aircraft before it left the gate in sunny Florida and kindly asked the family to leave the aircraft.
Yossi Adler, his wife, Jennie, and their 19-month-old daughter were say they can't believe American removed them from the plane because of their body odor, which they say isn't an issue.
American Airlines put the family up in a hotel for the evening and rebooked them on another flight the next morning saying, "The Adler family were asked to deplane last night after several passengers, along with our crew members, complained about their body odor."
