WATCH: Luke Bryan plays Greenback concert hours after accident
Blount Memorial Hospital officials said Luke Bryan received medical treatment late Thursday afternoon.
A source close to the situation told Local 8 News the country music star hurt himself in a bicycle accident on Morganton Road.
Bryan later tweeted that he suffered a broken clavicle.
Apparently Bryan was riding the bicycle to Maple Lane Farms where Thursday night's concert was scheduled to be held.
According to his tweet, he planned to continue with his scheduled concert at Maple Lane Farms in Greenback on October 6 but told fans he would be wearing a sling. When he arrived on stage he did have one on, but wasn't wearing it later.

Ahead of the concert, Local 8 News talked to Bob Schmidt's daughter. Schmidt, who many knew as Farmer Bob, was the original owner. He passed away suddenly earlier this year. The farm has been passed down to Paden Sawyer.
She said she felt her father's presence in everything she did to prepare for the big event. Bryan will even honor him with a tribute during the concert.
Some fans brought their whole family. Others made it a date night. If you wanted to make it a date night, one East Tennessee woman offered to take care of your kids.
It was a daycare specifically for people going to the concert. She said she would play with them outside, feed them a dinner, and watch a movie with them.
