Officials said the driver continued and ended in Loudon County when the driver crashed his vehicle in Lenoir City near the I-75 interchange.
Five occupants were in the vehicle, and all fled on foot but were taken into custody with deputies and officers from BCSO, the Loudon County Sheriff's Office and the Lenoir City Police Department.
