Pigeon Forge one of most in-demand cities for vacation rentals

TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals released a list of the most in-demand American cities for vacation rentals and Pigeon Forge is on the list!

The list is based on the number of properties booked last month. According to TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals, the average weekly rate for a two bedroom property during the months of January through March is $1,215

Gatlinburg was also on the list. Their average weekly rate is $1,228.
