KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- As the weather warms and East Tennessee gets spring fever, head over to the University of Tennessee this weekend for several sporting events.
Softball: The No. 9 ranked Lady Vols softball team will take on Mississippi State starting Friday at 6 p.m. at Sherri Parker Lee Stadium. Saturday's game will start at 1 p.m., and Sunday's series closer will begin at 1:30 p.m.
Baseball: The Vols hope to continue their winning ways after shutting out No. 2 ranked Georgia with match-ups Friday and Saturday against the Bulldogs at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. First pitch Friday will be at 6:30 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
Football: Coach Jeremy Pruitt and company will cap off spring practice with the annual Orange and White game Saturday at Neyland Stadium. The game will kickoff at 6 p.m., but the gates will open at 4:30 p.m. Admission is free.
Tennessee Relays: Tennessee Track and Field is hosting the 52nd Tennessee Relays, where 31 schools from across the country are coming to Knoxville to compete. The competition continues Friday and Saturday. Admission is free.
