Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals said Tuesday that a trio was arrested after burglarizing a home and shooting at the homeowner's relative on Feb. 25.

According to Seals, officers responded to 832 Wye Drive after an emergency call about a burglary in progress Saturday evening. Law enforcement officials determined that the homeowner saw a Ford-150 in the driveway of his home, and when he approached his house, he found that the front door had been forced open.

The homeowner was confronted by a female with a gun, along with another female and a male, who were inside the home at the time. The female shot a gun, and the suspects jumped in the truck and left the scene.

The truck was found at 3002 Six Point Lane on Boyd's Creek Road on Sunday, Feb. 26. Officers took the three suspects into custody. The suspects were identified as Isaac J. Reed, 31, Rebecca L. Shular, 21, and Kimberly Dockery, 31, all of whom were living in the residence in which they were located.

When officers arrested the three suspects, they found several guns and flat screen televisions that the Sheriff's Office said had been taken from other burglaries in the area. Officers obtained a search warrant and uncovered additional stolen property, including jewelry, tools, electronics and personal items that were believed to be stolen.

Detectives are working to identify the property that was confiscated during the investigation.

Shular was charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony. Dockery and Reed were both charged with aggravated burglary and are currently in Sevier County Jail.

More charges are pending against the suspects and detectives work to solve more burglary investigations. All three will be scheduled to arraigned in General Sessions Court at a later date.

Anyone who was a victim of a burglary or theft in the area was asked to contact Detective Jim Huddleston at Sevier County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division at 865-428-1899 or 865-453-4668.
