SPD: Sevierville motorcyclist arrested after riding on greenway

SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Sevierville Police Department said a man was arrested after riding his motorcycle on a greenway.

Officers said 19-year-old James Andrew Pritchett of Sevierville was arrested for driving his motorcycle on the West Prong Greenway on Monday.

Police said witnesses reported Pritchett was traveling at a high rate of speed and nearly struck walkers on the greenway.

According to the SPD, Pritchett was charged with reckless endangerment and transported to the Sevier County Jail.
