KNOXVILLE, Tenn (WVLT) -- A second half shutout, a career day from senior receiver Jauan Jennings and two special teams scores, propelled Tennessee to a 41-21 victory over South Carolina for its second SEC victory of 2019.

Jennings' seven catches moved him to sixth all-time in program history with 129 career grabs. His 174 receiving yards set a new career-high, while also placing him 10th all-time in UT history with 1,836 career receiving yards. Jennings also hauled in two touchdowns, moving him into a tie for eighth all-time with 17 career receiving TDs.
Senior Daniel Bituli led the defensive effort, tallying a game-high 15 total tackles with 11 of them being solo.
Fellow senior, Darrell Taylor chipped in with two sacks, both coming at critical moments. His performance was the fourth multi-sack game of his career.

End of 1st quarter. Tennessee is in the Red Zone threatening a score under J.G. as Vols Quarterback.
13:17 in the 2nd quarter. 4th and 1 at the goal line. J.G. pressured, throws it out of bounds, no one open. Tennessee turns the ball over at South Carolina's goal line. A 17 play drive by TN ends with no points.
9:55 to go in the 2nd, Marquez Callaway's 65 yard punt return for a TN TD puts the Vols up 7-10 over South Carolina.
3:16 to go in the 2nd, Tennessee loses a close goal line stand. SC TD 14-10 South Carolina regains the lead.
2:34 to go in the 2nd ... Back to back catches from J.G. to Jennings for 75 yards gets TN in the end zone, TD, Tennessee up 14-17.
:17 in the 2nd, a 1-handed catch by Brian Edwards puts SC at the 1 yard line. Tennessee's D works hard on the goal line; but eventually, SC scores to make it 21-17 SC at the half.

The third quarter is underway. J.G. to M. Callaway, complete, for 48 yards.
8:18 in the 3rd, a 19 yard pass from J.G. to J. Jennings and a Vols TD. Tennessee retakes the lead over SC 24-21.
5:08 in the 3rd, J.T. Shrout to M. Callaway. The 55 yard pass is Shrout's first college TD throw. TN extends its lead over SC 31-21.
End of the 3rd Quarter, Vols up on SC, 31-21.
J.T.Shrout likely TN's Quarterback for the 4th Quarter. J.G. is out with a left hand injury and will likely NOT return to the game. He's still be evaluated by trainers right now.

11:41 in the 4th. The Vols D. Bituli blocks a SC punt. The ball is recovered in the end zone by Bituli for a Tennessee TD. Vols are now up on SC 41-21.
The final score was 41-21. Tennessee wins convincingly over South Carolina.
