KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) With Valentin'es Day just around the corner, Knoxville dessert shops are preparing sweet treats for one of their busiest holidays of the year.

Our Justin McDuffie visited a couple of dessert locations Saturday morning to see how store owners are preparing.

Noah Farmer of Knoxville Chocolate Company says the company goes through hundreds of chocolate covered strawberries and other treats on this busy day.

"Seeing people come in with giant smiles on their face and they're looking for something that they love, and then they see the strawberries and they're like that yes I need that. ", said Farmer.

Owner of Nothing bundt Cakes, Kasey Issac says it can be challenging to prepare for a holiday where people like to procrastinate.

"The challenge we have with it is it's usually a man's holiday and men to do things at the last minute so we will be inundated for the thirteenth and fourteenth crazy.", said Issac.

You can order from both of these places now to avoid the stress and commotion of the holiday.
