The Tennessee Supreme Court upheld two death sentences against Lemaricus Davidson, one of the men convicted of the rape, torture and murder of Channon Christian and Chris Newsom in 2007.
The Court issued their opinion Monday, saying they agree with the trial court's rulings.
Davidson, along with three others, were convicted in the deaths of the slain couple.
Death sentences are automatically reviewed in the state of Tennessee.
