MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Prosecutors say a 21-year-old Tennessee man has been charged in a rollover crash that killed a passenger in his SUV.
The Shelby County district attorney’s office says Triston Causey has been indicted on charges of vehicular homicide and aggravated assault.
Authorities say Causey was driving fast when he lost of control of his SUV in the early morning hours of Dec. 28, 2017. Everyone was ejected from the vehicle.
Andrew Banks was pinned under the SUV. He died at a hospital 10 days later. Two other passengers suffered critical injuries.
Causey was being held on $10,000 bond Thursday. Online court records do not show if he has a lawyer.
