ANTIOCH, Tenn. (AP) -- Police in Tennessee say a man accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend and her 13-year-old son to death and critically wounding her 16-year-old daughter has been taken into custody.
Nashville Metro Police tweeted that 38-year-old Jermaine Agee was captured mid-morning on Monday while hiding behind a trash can at a business. Police say he is suspected of killing his ex-girlfriend and her son hours earlier and seriously wounding the woman's daughter.
News outlets report police say Agee stole the victim's car and fled the scene.
It wasn't immediately clear whether Agree has an attorney.
