Officers find 'house full of feces:' Two arrested for animal cruelty in Greene Co.

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Officers arrested two people in Greeneville, Tennessee after they found a house 'full of animal feces,' and 21 dogs and six cats inside the residence. Three more cats were in cages in the backyard, according to officers.

Officers said upon arrival to the house on East Milligan Drive in Greene County, there was dog feces all over the residence in large piles, some places covering entire rooms.

One of the dogs had a cyst hanging from the right jaw.

The suspects, Patricia and Kendall Kinney, live in the residence.

It is believed the animals were fed. Ms. Kinney said there were lights and running water at the home, but dog feces covered almost everything in the residence.

Both Suspects were taken to the Greene County Detention center without incident and charged with Aggravated Cruelty to Animals.
