WHAT TO EXPECT

This morning was mostly clear, lows were in the mid teens to mid 20s. It was 23 degrees in Knoxville, but felt like low teens due to the wind.

Be sure to bundle up, because we won't get back to freezing until the late morning.

It's a beautiful day, but a chilly one. Now, it's more of a "normal" chill for today's high of 45 degrees, since the average high for Knoxville is 47 degrees. There is a light breeze, but that can still make you feel colder at times. We're staying sunny, with a few more thin, high clouds this afternoon, and then more clouds streaming in this evening.

LOOKING AHEAD

Tonight will be cloudy, with flurries scattered snow showers. For most of the area, this is a light snowfall, but the mountaintops have a chance for some light accumulations. We're dropping to around 32 degrees.
