Bradshaw, Guider win reelection bids in Loudon County

(WVLT) -- Mayor Rollen "Buddy" Bradshaw and Sheriff Tim Guider won their reelection bids on Loudon County Thursday night.

Both Republicans ran unopposed in their races.

Mayoral race:

Rollen "Buddy" Bradshaw: GENERAL ELECTION WINNER
Rollen "Buddy" Bradshaw is the current mayor of Loudon County and won the primary election while running for re-election. Bradshaw says he's led Loundon "into an unprecedented era of growth and prosperity" and wants to continue this while keeping the county a place to raise a family. He also makes government transparency a priority.


No democratic candidate qualified for the mayoral race

Sheriff's race:

Tim W. Guider: GENERAL ELECTION WINNER
Tim W. Guider currently serves a sheriff and won the primary election while running for re-election. Guider says he wants to foster high performance standards, ethical conduct and truthfulness, and ensure deputies are responsive to the community.
