Chocolate Chess Pie August 11, 2017 CW20


1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
6 TBSP butter, melted and allowed to cool
2 TBSP flour
2 TBSP cornmeal
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 deep dish 9' pastry shell


Mix sugar, cocoa, flour and cornmeal. Beat in the eggs and butter. Slowly stir in the milk until fully blended. Stir in the vanilla. Pour into an unbaked 9” pastry shell and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated 350 deg oven.
