2 cups each, zucchini and cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup radishes, shredded
1 TBSP salt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 TBSP each, vinegar and sugar


Mix zucchini and cabbage and sprinkle with salt. Toss to mix. Allow to stand at least 30 minutes at room temperature. Squeeze firmly to remove as much liquid as possible. Toss with other vegetables. Mix together the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly with the vegetables. Cover and allow to stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
